First let me ask why are there two sensors wound up and laying in the control panel that are wired into the main board that are for Condenser entering and leaving water when it is a remote air cooled chiller?

It is a McQuay air cooled chiller M/N WHR090E1212ER10 that showed an error code "Bad leaving water sensor" I replaced the leaving chilled water sensor and now I have an error code "Bad Volts Ratio Sensor"

Any ideas?
