    My daughter just bought her first house in Los Angeles,75 years old,900 sq. ft. The only heat it has is a gas wall unit. She wants to upgrade it to central heat and air conditioning but she is a little intimidated by the process of getting an estimate. What are the key things you would look for when getting a estimate and what questions should she ask before deciding.
