    Does the indoor humidity have anything to do with whether or not the a/c runs on "high" mode.

    I have my high cool latch set at 90, however, I've noticed that whenever the indoor humidity level is less than the target humidity, a/c runs on high.

    Example, today's outdoor temp is 80 (and very high humidity), set temp is 73, set humidity is 50. A/C has been running on low most of the day. As soon as the indoor humidity dropped to 48, a/c started running on high.

    Latched at 90 ,only insures that above that it will run in high on cooling call.


    Below,it decides what's the best.
