    Unhappy

My heating/cooling system will not shut off automatically.
I had a Bryant model 663C ( 12 seer) and Carrier fan coil
unit installed last March. It uses a Robertshaw 9420
digital non-programmable thermostat. Any suggestions as
to why it just keeps cooling or heating until shut off
manually ? Thanks in advance for your help !

Is the t-stat satisfied(reaches your set temperature)? If yes there's your problem, if not problems with system. If installed in March, call for warranty service.
If everything was always done "by the book"....the book would never change.

What makes you not want to call the installing contractor?

They should be glad to help you with your new system.

Guess he's busy this time of year.
    Wanted different ideas from the

Why did you wait so long to call him?
