    installing the 480 volt cap will avoid cap failure in the futher but not resolve the problem. why did the compresor not start. is it a scroll or hermadic. is there a txv on the system. what are the presures and subcool and super heat. there is a reason and the compresor will fail again
    if it is hermadic with a txv then a hard start kit is needed. if scroll should not be needed in most cases
    your amps on all thre legs look fine and show the cap is working. so move on to the next part. how long did it take to stabalize and what is the voltage to the unit while running.
