new owner of new home expressed concern of "noisy" lineset inside the second floor wall. I listened and it sounded pretty loud, almost like someone turned on the water, even sounded like possibly bubbles in there. Should I pump it down and install a sightglass? Could something like this be because of inadequate vacuum procedure?

incorrect charge or even non-condensibles can cause this noise.

Could be either and maybe even a few others.

Is this in coling mode? Is it a heat pump? What unit are we dealing with and how long and high are the linesets?

I never thought running linesets through walls was a good idea anyway. Worst yet, run through bedroom walls.
