You can bring the simplicity boards into bacnet MSTP with the York Simplicity Link ...
I have to integrate 6 York RTU's with Simplicity boards to a Jace 6. Would anyone have a list of what points are available through Modbus and whether they are read only ect.. Thanks in advance.

Yeah, I saw the points for the BacNet integration. I was wondering if the Modbus would give me more points that I could write to. There are a few sequences in the spec that the RTU's can't meet but I can do them in the Jace if I can write to certain points.
That would be a terrific idea, if at all possible. The BACnet interface and interoperability leave a lot to be desired. If your looking to send anything more than set points forget it. Those AHU's have a mind of their own. Modbus is terrible as well, but if more points are writeable than it might be the way to go. Let is know if you find out anything.
Simplicity is more like Simple minded.
I just tied 3 York RTU's in to a 600 via modbus after having replaced the Simplicity gateways 3 times in less than a year. There is another big post on hear about the issues with these gateways. I had the gateways replaced again back in October with the latest rev that was supposed to fix this problem, but they too ended up with the same old problems of points faulting out and not bein able to write to them.
I am not very savy with Modbus and it was not very straight forward, but with some help from some people on Niagara Central I was able to get it done in a couple of days.
All of the same points are there, you just need the Modbus register map. The units do not support individual bit writes so you have to read the whole register and then write back to the whole register. There is a lot of coverting from decimal to hex.
I have the necessary info if you need it, just shoot me an email. I am glad I got away from those gateways.

Did a job last year with a few of these and have not had any failures yet. Probably just jinxed myself
