I have found a company but they dont make double, and the customer wants double b/c it is domestic hot water, and in the case of a refrigerant leak he doesnt want the two to mix.

    Desuperheaters for domestic HW..........

ThermaStor's 119 gallon tank will handle up to 25 tons on R22 and are often paralleled together for higher loads. If your water heating load is more less than what the available superheat will give you they can be installed with a discharge gas bypass regulator, ie you could have two tanks good for 50 tons and a differential pressure regulator like an A4AD will bypass the balance of the flow based on pressure drop across the heat exchangers.

    They work.....and they're relatively cheap.

I have experience with 2 companies that make a double- walled vented heat exchanger. Try Turbo-tec out of Connecticut 860-683-2133 http://www.turbotecproducts.com or Edwards Engineering out of New Jersey at 973-835-2800.. http://www.edwards-eng.com.

    Good luck
