I am going to have leftovers today. Yesterday I smoked a couple beef roasts and a slab of ribs.

We had chicken on Sunday. Tonight I made chicken salad sandwiches from the leftovers.

An old chef from down at the racetrack told me to add a few dashes of Worstershire sauce to chicken or tuna salad made with mayonaise. This is something I have done ever since.

Also this time I chopped up some black olives and of course some chopped onion to the mix.
