    hard smokin fish today

    it's 40 degrees with agout 30 mph winds and rain. it's been hard keeping up to temp. usually 10 fish takes 6-7 hours, it took 9 today. i just took them out, luckely i can keep one for myself.

    9 steelhead and one big brown trout. they never did dry the way i like but the customer loved them.
