WE HAVE A HI VELOCITY SYSTEM INSTALLED IN AN ATTIC WHERE THE TEMPERATURE EXCEEDS 100 DEGREES F. I MEASURED THE SUPPLY AIR TEMP AT THE OUTLETS AND GET ANYWHERE FROM ABOUT 65F TO 67F. WHAT TEMP SHOULD I GET AT THE SUPPLY GRILL? SEEMS TO ME WE ARE A LITTLE HIGH........

That depends on several things, including what the indoor temp is.
Should usually get 20° difference min, and many get 26.
This varies with outdoor unit size, number of outlets, humidity in the house.
You should have your contractor come back out and check it.
