infrared grill
Is the only way to go. I definitely use less gas. i can put this thing down on low and its temp. is still up there. cleaning is pain tho, only bad part about it.

i have the chargrill and i love it, best grill i have ever owned, the one i have has the half barrel shaped heat radiator under the grates so mine is easy to clean, the new Commer cial style that they have look harder to clean
