PTAC - Who's the BEST?

This is thread two for us. My first is about mini splits vs ptac. Here I want to get feedback on PTACs/PTHPs.

We are adding a garage with an office overhead. The space is ~ 390sf. We live in SW Washington (state) but it does snow here about every other year. So, yes it does get cold but for relatively short periods of time (days/weeks not weeks/months).

My husband is in sales and will need to use his phone for business calls but other than that it is solely for his use. In the future we may rent the office out so we are interested in a unit that would work in a rental as well.

Any input is welcome.

Go with the ptac heatpump with heat strips...a ton should do ya.
