    everyone should read the findings of the study by BUILDINGSCIENCE.com regarding the study of building construction & hurricane driven water of 2004 hurricanes -- especially anyone with stucco, or planning to use stucco --

    Improper or inappropriate stucco application and/or weatherproofing is just one of the construction deficiencies here in hurricane country.
