I have a Lennox 2 stage, non VS furnace. Is it possible, and if so, feasible to convert it to variable speed. Thanks

Anything is possible if you are willing to throw enough money at it. New board, new variable speed blower etc... by the time you are done will probably be more than a new furnace.

Furnaces and Air Conditioners are never designed to accomidate afterthought upgrades,(external such as accesories are ok some times) thats all supposed to happen when you make your decision between good, better and best whn you select the equipment. The warranty would be void also. FYI, the ECM motors have model specific software and trying to guess at which model would be close is a nightmare in an of itself. The software not only included blower curve but total static for the cabinet, secondary HX and other inernals come into play also.
