Yeah, Air Engineers/Air Systems. But they've been a SE for years, they're just now letting everyone know w/the re-branding & all.

I don't understand the logic behind having multiple branches in so close a proximity. Denver had 4 SE branches in the metro area!
The branch models are for 4, maybe 5 techs on the high end. The branch manager alone can't handle more than that. Hell, they don't have a life other then work with that anyway. Depending on the area they have $750,000- $1.2 million a year branch budgets broken down monthly according to projected workloads. I recently heard a disturbing quote from higher management. They want to be like Mcdonalds in the sense that every branch is identical so that any manager can come in and run it. That is fine but I don't want to be compared to fracking Mcdonalds. My main objective is to take care of the customer. I heard of the dishonest ways and have even seen them in other areas. It is disheartening to be lumped in the "hack" category. If all the techs took a stand It may just get better. Until then, "The just be thankful we have a job " motto will just have to drown that out.

With as many branches as they have, they can't all be alike.They may all have similar business policies being corperate, but the manager interpreting the policies and implementing them at each branch must be the accountable factor in condemning them. There are many owners/managers of independent co's out there that will sooner stab you in the back than give you a fair pay, complete paycheck, or support. Most managment/owners can be "difficult" to deal with, and that can happen at any company.

When you look at how the parent company runs their commercial operation, NAS, you have to wonder of the anecdotal information from the field is reliable or questionable.
