Suffice it to say that he has absolutely NO inside information about the customers, branding or business model of NAS. If someone is honestly looking for information regarding the company, take heed an find a higher quality source of information.
My guess is you are a low level branch manager drunk in your own koolaid, all my information is factual and in just one year Lennox NAS has lost Petsmarts, toys Ur US, Dollar tree, express, the gap and a few more, you have no idea whats coming your way cause you are eating all the garbage your regional managers feed you.good luck.

    Confused

My thing is, both SE & LNAS are part of a manufacturer that doesn't make Applied Systems. So how are they advertising those services? Servicing Chillers is no small task. Even servicing the Air Side would be hard for them. There's a huge difference between gas furnaces & dual-water coil or chilled water & steam coil air handling units. Maybe their mall store HVAC service is nothing but an air filter service, as it is in most HVAC management companies case.

It's 41 degrees where I am, definitely no salty water here.

You can claim whatever you want, but you can't back any of it up.

But if Lennox NAS keeps overpricing their parts they will loss Dollar tree which they have lost some of and also Family Dollar and The Children Place and the others and the Account Managers are very hard to get ahold of and get returned calls from or even get a email saying to jump in the lake there service has been going down hill since them buying out Benner

I left one company after SE took over (buyout) , they almost went under after being the oldest most successful co in town for over 50 years! They managed somehow to get out from under their thumb somehow and never looked back , I for one definitely think that the SE way of doing things is bad business unless you are the owner or management of SE itself.

My friend just quit from them the other day. He had only worked for them for 2-3 months since he came from a take over company. He said it was a morally corrupt company. He just couldnt take all the shady stuff that was going on. I had planned on trying to follow him but he told me at my early stage in this field it would probably ruin me for life. He knows alot more than me so i gotta listen to him.
    The job search continues.

    We've got an SE here.

It appears they're a rather large co & there are no signs that they're gonna go anywhere soon.

I've noticed most of the people lambasting & slandering SE either left them after they had bought-out the co they were currently working for or they heard something from a friend of a friend. Neither, in my opinion, are reliable sources.

Anyone who worked for a co that was purchased by these people usually leave because they begin implementing protocols & procedures that they aren't used to. Nobody likes change so to justify their departure & to try to make themselves feel better about their move they start throwing around strong words like "dishonest" & "immoral". If SE/LNAS are so immoral & dishonest then, by extension, we must also conclude that LII as the parent co must also be dishonest & immoral. Right?

So now I wonder: Which one of you disgruntled ex-SE/LNAS employees own co's &/or work for co's that sell Lennox equipment or any of their off-shoot brands? Wouldn't that be kind of hypocritical in a way?

    Just curious....
    WHY?

I used to work for SE, worked for them for 4 years, great people to work for when i first started, was a large company (130 employees), they made lots of changes, cut the shop down to 25 guys, but at the end of the day w/ large companies there's always some kind of bean counter in an office somewhere that says grow or cut back or do this or that. If you find a good SE company great... they offer good training on the residential end (NATE). I worked on thier commercial end, and i'm not gunna lie it was the first to be cut, a real shame, alot of good techs and installers ended up looking for work. Who knows in 2 years when the economy is better maybey they'll grow... With big companies it all comes down to the bean counters, in this case they're in texas. by the way if someone works commercial service for these guys the call center does not understand what a commercial piece of equipment is... fair warning.

A few years ago, I recommended a guy I know get into HVAC. He took a job with one of the longest-running Lennox resi companies in my area. He did well there, and was happy. When SE bought them out, a LOT of guys left, BEFORE the new guys actually put anything "new" in place. Most of the techs had already heard about the SE way of doing business, which apparently is not all that different from the NAS way. He got a new job at a new Co right away, and he's fine. He feels like he dodged a bullet. He's probably right.

Since Lennox RTU manufacturing is not a the same outfit, I don't have any qualms about working with their stuff. After all, it's not the equipment's fault if the execs have their heads in a place they don't belong.
