Thread: luxaire- how does it stack up to goodman or rheem

    I am likely to take a bid for a luxaire furnace 92% efficient and a 13seer ac and just wanted to make sure I wasnt buying a lemon after 6 quotes i like this hvac tech the most but seem to find the least about luxaire equipment how does it stack up to rheem or goodman or american standard- input would be appreciated thanks

    Anybody's high end stuff is good. Nothing wrong with Lux's 92% furnaces. Their Acclimate A/C is a very nice system. Lots better built than their standard line. Key is to find the best possible installer too.

    Luxaire is York's underling and perfectly fine equipment when properly installed.
    Training is important!
    Practical Training is a must!
