2007 York 600 ton YT Chiller with VSD and Optiview ACC Board

I have a 2007 York 600 Ton with VSD503 and Optiview Control Panel, I am told I need the ACC Adaptive Capacity Controller in order for it to talk to the VFD. Any Suggestions? Also, this chiller has been stored with a nitrogen blanket for 3 Years, It is brand new, never been installed. Do you think that the thrustbearing is still operational?

if the optiview and vfd are factory mounted the optiview will already have the ACC if not yes you do need it, the thrust should be fine if long term storage instructions were followed, oil in system, oil pump run periodically, shaft spun by hand periodically etc.
