Carrier 19XR, wierd temp readings
We just added Translator cards to the Carrier 19XR (qty-3). We are doing READ ONLY.
On a couple of occasions at the chiller's LCD display, we observed unusual temperature readings (temperature set points, and PSI readings were normal) at first we thought that the settings were somehow changed to centigrade, but this was not the case. Later in the day, all readings were normal. Has anyone experienced this before?
I have a chiller tripping out on low refrigeration temp, when the system is off (pumps, towers, and everything).Intelli-Building = Less Stress, commissioned with diligence!

Not sure what you are seeing. The only thing I can think of is that when the chiller goes into alarm the display screen shows the temps at the time of the fault, and will not update until the alarm is cleared.

How cold is it in the chiller room. If the room is getting cold enough, the chiller can go into a low temp alarm when it isn't running. The chiller should bring on the pumps when it goes into a low temp alarm to try and protect it's self from freezing.

Got me, I don't know what is going on. It may have to do with the setup of the translator card with the chiller.

Was the chiller tripping out before you installed the translator cards?

It takes three people to do anything around here. Two do the work, one explains to the crowd of people who showed up when they seen smoke and flames.
