    Quadrafire Castile

    My Quadrafire will run on initial start up flame and all that but when it calls for more pellets the auger motor will run backwards??? If I push the reset button it will run normal feed the pot the when it calls for pellets it will run reverse, The only thing it gose to is the controler is that the problem. Thanks Dave

    Could be the capacitor for the auger motor or the motor itself. I had an OE Mt Vernon that was intermittently running the auger backwards and a new auger motor and capacitor fixed it.
