    I have a Lennox HS8-211-1ffa (probably 30 years old), in a house I bought two years ago. I didn't use it last year, but it worked when we had the house inspected. This year the blower fan shorted and fried. The compressor still works ok. I want to replace the blower fan, but need to know what size and speed it was to replace. I think it's 1/5 horse. Does anyone know the specs on this system? One contractor suggested it was too old and I should replace the whole unit, (but I don't have $3500).

    1/5 hp 1050 rpm unit is 1 1/2 ton
