    how would a contractor price a contract on a building with about 13 units any help

    im new at the service end of things,but the way we do it is x amount to check all units (drains freon ect)and if there are mechanical defects we go into a predetermined hourly rate (time and materials)for that particular unit and it seems to work well. hope it helps
