The AC has stopped working. It seems that power is getting to the outside unit -- when switching from Off to Cool I hear a click in the outside unit. However, nothing else happens. There was a severe thunderstorm a day or two ago, so perhaps the system turned itself off somehow? Or perhaps there is something more serious?
I was thinking of contacting Parker Heating and Air Conditioning in Rockville. Thoughts?
Thanks!
