    I recently had installed a new dual fuel system with a Carrier Infinity 80 gas furnace (58CVA) and a Performance 13 heat pump (38YXA) with Infinity control.
    On the Infinity control, the run time is reported as "0" for the HP, staus reported as "off" even when the HP is operating, etc. Is this due to the fact that the HP is not an Infinity? Reporting for the furnace is working OK.
    I expected that this installation would still give me the reporting for the HP!?!?

    You do not have a communicating heat pump so you will not get those readings. They only work with the Infinity condensing unit which is the 2 speed Puron system.
