    Question Ventilation

Have a 60 X 40 pole barn, well insulated, concrete floor. The concrete floor sweats because it is colder than the surrounding air. I would like to put a ventilation fan on one side and louvers on the opposing side. Need to know how big the fan should be and how to control the on/off cycle. Would it be better to put the fan in the roof or in a side wall? Thanks for helping.
