    How do you get to the air filter? Is it in the r/a grill?

    You mean that small section of tubing we can see,thats almost in the doorway.Wonder how long that PVC drain and tubing will last.If that tubing gets hit you will get leaks inside the A/H

    Ok, filters behind r/a grills. Why didn't you trap and vent the condensate drain line on a negative pressure coil (coil before blower)? All manufacturers require this.

    Drain ties into nearby sink with trap. I know , sometimes you gotta make do and improvise. Relocated to Arkansas couple years ago.

    You may be looking at the plastic cover caps for the liquid line sight glasses.
