It was only 3 years old. Should I go with something else or did I just get ahold of a bad Robert Shaw.
I need a multi-stage, programable, gas thermostat.
Thanks,
JB

I've never had good luck with the RobertShaw stuff... I also think the Honeywell Vision Pro 8320/8321 would be your best choice.

Went with the Honey
Thanks, its a very easy to use stat. Thanks for the advice. My begining problem seams to have stemmed from:
A short in the Low Volt AC wire, which blew the 3amp fuse, which gave my wife an odd message on the R.S. Stat, which over the phone I told her to try new batteries, which she put in backwards, which started to smoke, which fried the old stat, which sent me to this forum, which suggested the Honeywell 8320, which I bought, installed and nothing happened...., found the short and the temp in the house is on it's way down.
Again thanks,
JB
