We're getting this pool. Good idea or bad it saves me $500 bucks a year in pool membership.

i got rid of our pool a couple of years ago. get yourself a heater so you can extend your season and stay away from Hayward heaters.

    Cool

It's nice and convenient to have your own pool, but you will put in that much in chemicals and labor maintaining it.
If your young and your children would enjoy it, I'd get one.
You can't usually take those "late night plunges" at the neighborhood pool!

    Hey Matt!

My parents have got one just like that. They bought it and never put it up. Never even opened the box.

I'm sure my dad will make you a good deal on it. Interested?

At least you're not getting an in-ground pool. You can tear the above-ground down when you're tired of it.

We have had our in-ground pool for 20 years. With 4 kids it gets used a lot. I'll be in ours tonight. I got to get into my swimming lap routine again.

The great part is now my grand children come over and use it.

Up here in the great north east the above ground sometimes freeze soild and split. My sister, niece, and friend all lost there pools the winter before last when we had that -30°F temperatures.

When they went for the warranties that's when the fine print comes out. Everything is prorated so you end up getting 4 dollars credit. "Oh wait! YOU had water in that pool. Now your only get $3.50!)

No problem. I figured I'd ask, anyway.

He needs to reduce his inventory.

Then ya need a nice deck around it, and a heater, and a constant supply of beer and food for all your new found friends and so and so on and so on.....I almost got one last year, but then I wised up......
    But it looks good, enjoy.
If ya lose some weight your skinny kids will have more room to swim in it too.
