    Thumbs up

I worked for them for over 22+ years, I enjoyed the work. Mostly centrif, screw and recip chillers. I just couldn't see myself crawling over the units hanging chainfalls for another 20 years so, I decided to take a facilities shift job, which I also enjoy very much. If you want to get into the big stuff, they do it. As far as pay and benes, they are comparable to union scale but you have to co-pay for your insurance. But, you receive more paid holidays and paid vacation which I don't currently get. In the end, I'd have to say it would depend on the office your interested in. If they have several "old timers", I'd say go for it.

I can tell you also that the regional manager for Florida is the same guy that oversee's our office. He is a real nice easy to work with guy. He has gone out of his way to make sure the technicians are happy.
