My air conditioning system doesn't appear to be cooling as well as in the past. I removed the grille next to the evaporator coil and noticed that the bottom circuits on the A-coil were cold, but the top circuits were warm. Is this normal. Any troubleshooting ideas?

The bottom rows of the coil froze up after I ran the air conditioner for a while. Typically this is a lack of air issue. The filters are regularly replaced, any other ideas?

You need to call a tech. It sounds like more than an airflow issue. Sorry, but there isn't something that you can fix on your own.
