I am a software developer who doesn't know much at all about HVAC, and only recently have I started to pay attention to what's installed in my house. I guess there are HVAC guys who only recently started to pay attention to what's installed on their computers, so maybe I shouldn't feel too bad about that
BTW, I tried to ask a question in the residential forum and attach some pictures, but the site won't show me the pictures I uploaded when I click on the links, saying that I don't have permission to do so.
