    Does anyone have a list of whats considered maintainable and non-maintainable for HVAC equipment?

    Hey Artic where you located at?

    My friends at Arctic Mechanical here in Riverside coem to mind when I see you screen name... However they spell Arctic as in the Arctic Circle...

    do this on a job with 10-15 rooftops, and you will cut it back to minimum checkouts that apply to the season your in.
