Hi, I had a Bryant furnace & central ac unit installed 2 yrs ago. I've had condensation in the flue which was finally decreased by a tech adjusting the flue gases emitted by the furance. Last time, the service manager came out & looked things over. Told me when the job was estimated should have estimated a liner or told me I might need one as the new furnace is so small compared to old one. (700 sq ft home) He said that due to this, the company was going to install a liner & chimney cap without charge! Wow!! Furnace & ac seem to heat/cool well & don't run excessively/shut off too soon. Bills are certainly lower. How is that for good customer service?!
