    YT and YK variable orifice

If I understand the IOM and M document the condenser liquid level setpoint that the variable orifice is controlling to is a set number selected by the start up tech and it will only deviate from that ONE setpoint if changed. So, to clarify, this target setpoint should not change due to ANY other factors while the chiller is running, and furthermore, lets say the setpoint is 50% the chiller will always try to control to 50%, regardless of anything else going on in the system. Right or wrong?

Depending on the flash version on start up the target can change but the true set point stays the same. It is a lot to explain do you have the latest 160.54-M1 (810)

The setpoint is set up by most likely who started it and can be ajusted at any time or even disable for any reason , and yes there are circumstances that can effect the way it operates the setpoint once set would not change in those events its just trying to maintain its target setpoint.
