    The hell with seniority.
    Years of teachers unions means lots of deadwood.
    Get rid of the deadwood and this can only be good for the students.

    First in, first out. That's how the ball will bounce. Many are against seniority, till it effects them directly. Ever work somewhere longer than the new suckhole guy and find out a short time later, he makes more than you? Not all employers are just when dealing with the merit system. And that has nothing to do with it being a union shop or not. Ever listen to your mother?.....life is not fair.
