A well built home like this with a very limited cooling load will not get much humidity control from the a/c. Save the two speed up charge and get the whole house dehu instead addon instead. You will have much better %RH control with or without any cooling load.

Provide 60-100 cfm of fresh air when occupied to purge indoor pollutants and keep window dry during cold weather. T-stat setup/setback +8 hrs. saves energy
Use +Merv 10 air filter. -Don't forget the "Golden Rule"
