    Smile Has any one else had freeze up issues with GE Zoneline PTACS

    We service a hotel that has 136 GE Zoneline M/N AZ38H12EACM1
    the units are heat pumps

    They constantly freeze up. The coils are not that dirty, we see no signs of oil indictating a leak. I wanted to see if some one else has run into this?

    ran across twice before water cooled with fluid cooler the boiler went down drop water temp causing suction to drop ,ather time new no leaks waighed ref out and back in factory low .
