Just had a funny phone call. Apparently one of our long standing contracts had a meeting with the service manager yesterday and my name was brought up. The customer changed out all of our DDC equipment and is threatening to cancel our Mechanical also. During the meeting he told the service manager he didnt want me on the site anymore because everytime he calls me I tell him I cant come because I have a family function to attend? Three problems with this:
1) I have not been in service in 4 years ( install now)
2) We are dispatched from a central location. He never called me direct.
3) This was never my customer I was backup for another guy.
I guess If you want to cancel one reason is as good as the next! LOLIf it aint broke dont fix it!
