I am looking to relocate to North Carolina from Richmond and would like to know what the going pay scale is for that state. I am looking either in the Raliegh/ Durham area or possibly the Charlotte area. I know it is a big difference in locations but just need to know.I have 13 years in the trade all of which have been in Commercial hvac and C-store refrigeration. I know there is alot more to go on than just experience, I just want a ball park scale.

I'm here in S.E. N.C. I would say the average wage would be from $15.00 - $25.00.
Have you considered the coast? I'm in need of qualified pro's.

Richmond and Raleigh are just about the same. Charlotte is a bit higher but, so is the cost of living.

So tell me about the coast I have had it with Michigan. I think the one thing that bugs me the most is the construction.
