    DC, MD, VA area - HVAC install/ service tech

    A client-oriented Mechanical Contractor providing plumbing, heating, and air conditioning work within the immediate Maryland-Virginia-Washington DC metropolitan area, as well as to the global market looking for an install/ service tech -


    Job description:
    We are currently looking for a HVAC service/ installation technician for work in and around the DC area. The majority of the work is in multi-family residential (high rise buildings), government, light commercial buildings. We do not do single family homes.

    Work will include -
    Installation of refrigerant line-sets
    Low voltage wiring
    Installation of any system extras; thermostats, air cleaners, humidifiers, UV lights. motorized dampers
    Start-up of equipment, including evacuation and charging.
    Service calls
    Position includes company supplied vehicle
    Requirements:
    CFC certification
    Minimum of 5 years experience with HVAC systems
    Solid ability to troubleshoot, service, repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision
    Ability to read blue prints
    You must have a valid drivers license and good driving record
