You have no standard rate of pay?

I can link you to our MIN pay scale, and you can tell me if you are close?

In all fairness, It may help you attract employees if you listed what kind of benefits and pay scale your company provides to qualified candidates.

Do you provide health insurance? - medical. dental, optical.
Do you have a 401k plan?, how much do you contribute?
    Pay scale range?
Are you looking for a Service Tech or a Sales Tech?
    Relocation expenses?

Also, what is the cost of living for your area?

    Stuff like this.
To put the world in order, we must first put the nation in order; to put the nation in order, we must put the family in order; to put the family in order, we must cultivate our personal life; and to cultivate our personal life, we must first set our hearts right.

How much will you pay for a Pickup Truck. Its the same question. We pay start people with no experience at about $14 to train, to over $40 We are non union & pay benefits, So your reply deserves at least this for an answer. If you were serious about a job & seriously asked me about what I will pay you, With no resume. Just because you tell me you are a journeymen HVAC Or Commercial Refrigeration Mechanic. I need to see a resume & job within a month. I will know if that's true.

There is so much that I could say about this...but I think I'll defer to my better judgement, and make Dad happy.
