Six circuit DX M-Coil on a 3T Rheem 10 SEER Heat Pump. Numbering the circuits starting closest to the camera, #3 is sweating to the header maybe #6 too. All the others less or all dry.

Header Exit SH 23F (Line 72F) **no hunting / hysteresis**
Circuit #1 SH 20F (Line 69F)
Circuit #3 SH 8F (Line 57F)
Uneven distributor feed?
Uneven airflow / circuit loading?
oil logging?

circuit problems?
Psych chart indicates DP 58F.
That explains latent on #3 only.
Do any of you's guys (or the two yutes) specifically look for sweat patterns or tape a bead type TC to the circuit ends to isolate for circuit problems?

Your gonna have to open er up and see what is wrong.

yeah. I figured I'd play with it first and learn something since it's mine.

I use a Fluke surface probe for checking out the circuits on a coil that I suspect a problem on. Some tubes not sweating while the rest of them are is a good clue that something is not right.
I have seen a few coils that seemed to be feeding unevenly that had refrigerant pressures, SH and SC right on the money per the manufacturers specs for the operating conditions though.

Do you use the 80PK-7 ?

No, I have the 80PK-3, really fast response from it. Had it for years, it is the 80PK-3A now, not sure what they changed about it though
