Google and other Tech Companys Under Attack for Hiring Practices
Looks like even mighty Google is not immune to the PC Police. This could be a big story soon. Ninth Circuit, I believe, could hear this if it goes that far.

I am sure they employ plenty of Indians. A move to Texas would solve their problem.

Around here, I am wating for them to start giving minority preferential treatment to true minorities, whites. the days of any preferential treatment should be over. I know of severla "holding companies" that only drive up the price of work by signing off on minority participation. they get a cut and call it a day. ugly. never have to show up on a job. contractors send their bids in to the holding company, he marks it up and send it on.

this is the most racist time of America's history.
here in Los Angeles i worked for a very large company.
in an area that is 70% Mexican, most employes i met in the company were black or Muslim.
the best technician we had was a black guy who grew up in Texas and learned the trade because no one gave him hand-outs over there.
the new manager was Mexican and he started firing everyone, ...including the only Mexican(Spanish speaking) tech we had, the company told the manager he wasn't going to fire the Muslim dudes,
...so now he's stuck with a crew full of Muslim guys that have no technicial skills.
