Thanks Smurphy, just curious as I'm interested in working for them soon.

After 28+ years in HVAC/R installation, service and repair, for the last year I have been working in food service as a commercial kitchen equipment service technician for a public school district. Basically, I've had to start from scratch, learning as I go. It has been a challenge learning to work on commercial fryers, steamers, ovens, ranges, warmer/proofers, dishwashers, disposals and all the other equipment in the kitchens. I've made a lot of progress, but I sure could use some additional formal training.
Would someone in my position be eligible for membership in CFESA or would it require the school district becoming a member? Thanks!
