I got a call for tommorrow. The customer told me the ruud 90/90 furnace and air conditioning unit run at the same time. He replaced the thermostat and it still does it. My thoughts are it has to be crossed wires or the board. Has anybody else ran into this? If so give me a heads up on what you think.

You will have to go look at it.
Be sure you charge him for the extra time it will take to "get it back to broke".
