    Hmm

if you ever been to the GARDEN and the old Beefsteak Charlie as you walk in off 7TH Avenue,it is an RTAA140 installed 7 years ago and is flat(both CKTs 260 LBS total) and sitting thru 7 winters since.it is 460V across the line on 2-70 ton hellicals with 10 condenser fans{non-vfd)with the old UCP-1 control module.it going to be turned into a Borders Bookstore with the second floor included,chiller/and pumps are on the 3rd floor walk out(above that glassed in area between MSG and 2 Penn Plaza).dryers, oil and filters, freon, vac test.....etc the usual, reads 100,000 OHMS to ground on all loads.any things that the compressor might do after sitting for at least 5 years with no gas,the condenser fans are a definite especially at 460V to blow up on start or on counter-rotation starts!
