I recently came across and air handler for goodman that was 23 KW in heat..... I called Goodman because it's an older unit and asked if that was ok..... goodman guy bout came thru the phone....had a mild fit....NOOO it isn't supposed to be over 20 KW.... Now I am thinkin... that beings these are being sold to plumbers neighbors etc..... maybe they should start putting in warning labels inside the cabinets to keep this from happening.. and they wonder why everything in the unit looks nice and crispy huh..... no air flow... either.......and I can't understand why I got to look at this...... should have burnt the house down shouldn't it?

You want more stickers on units? One more and you can eliminate paint.

Goofballs don't read all of the literature and disclaimers that come with equipment as it is. Most of my calls as a tech rep were taken care of by doing what was stated in the I/O manual.
