Greeting and Felicitations!!
I come as a homeowner seeking advice. I don't "do" HVAC, but I [I]do need unbiased advice. So I will post in what I guess to be the correct forum. Thank you Administrators and Moderators for a really nifty site!

Glad you are aboard... Might want to read the forum rules... lots of new folks miss a few of them... like no pricing... keeps the flow of information smooth... Even us Pro's get fussed at for bending the rules...
