    Smokin' @ 5 deg F

    Had the ribs and chicken thighs rubbed and marinated, so when Sunday turned cold, I had to smoke anyway. Had to keep pouring hot water on the propane tank and regulator to keep the smoker at 225.

    Things worked out well though...
    Experience is what you have an hour after you need it.
