    "crane"?and from what time period was it made?....seen one today,low-boy in basement....h.o.wants it cleaned and checked out this fall...thanx 4 replies....mo-flo.

    I haven't seen any Crane warm air furnaces. But there are a few oil fired Crane boilers out there that I service. They are 35 to 40 years old. They should be replaced but the owners think the boilers will out live them(elderly people). And they are probably right.

    35-40 that sounds about right...didn't see the rating but i bet it is a high btu model....will find out more this fall,thanx.

    i see,...said they stopped making hvac in 1968....WOW!!!this unit is older than me....
